Improve the Vegetable Barn Layout: Established the baseline layout of equipment, machinery, labor, materials, and supplies; determined best method for flow of labor, materials, and information; organized implementation plan to facilitate improvements.

Develop Herd Inventory/Cost Tracking Tools: Studied flow of raw materials (animals and feed), work-in-process inventory, and finished goods (milk and slaughter schedules) throughout the process; assigned costs to all materials at each stage; developed spreadsheet to track counts and costs.

Develop Creamery Inventory/Cost Tracking Tools: Studied flow of raw materials (milk and cultures), work-in-process inventory, and finished goods (cheese and dairy products) throughout the process; assigned costs to all materials at each stage; developed spreadsheet to track counts and costs.

Link Organization Chart, Job Descriptions, Employee Manual, and Orientation Documentation: Reviewed current documentation and modified documents to match management expectations/requirements for job performance per position; organized document control system and filing methodology for manager use/retrieval.
